CoasteeringBe a kid once more! But this time you39re actually encouraged to jump off cliffs, swim in caves and climb sheer rock faces! Coasteering is a wacky combination of rock climbing, scrambling, cliff jumping and swimming. When the going gets too steep, itrsquos time to jump and swim the short distance to the next easy climb. As you climb around the cliffs there are caves to explore and wildlife to see. This is a varied and exhilarating day out. This is an introductory session which will enable you to learn the basic skills of Coasteering. After a briefing on safety and technique itrsquos time to head out for the wide blue yonder, working out the best route with your team mates and dodging the waves as you go. Instructors will pick the coastal point depending on the weather conditions on the day and the ability of the group.
